FaithLift / 15th January 2022

All (adults) are welcome at our second ‘FaithLift’ day on Saturday 15th January 2022.

Come together with Michelle Moran and Sion Community to be inspired, nourished and strengthened in faith so you can be empowered to make a difference in the world. These days of celebration will include praise and worship, teaching, time for fellowship, Eucharistic Adoration and an opportunity for prayer ministry and confession.

The programme runs from 12 pm to 5 pm, starting with Mass. Please bring a packed lunch.

We do not offer a parallel programme for children on our FaithLift days; children are always welcome to accompany their parents. But parents with younger children may find our Family Days more suited to their needs.

There is no need to book for FaithLift – simply turn up at SENT, our Mission House at the end of Sawyers Hall Lane in Brentwood, Essex, CM15 9BX.

Every Sunday, from November 7th, we’ll be releasing a ‘FaithLift Message’ as part of our Faith Lift series. During November Michelle Moran will be sharing on the theme of Faith. Subscribe to our YouTube Channel so you don’t miss out!

D Weekend / 28th – 30th January 2022

Young Christians – Daring Disciples!

If you are in year 7 to 9 and want to explore more about your faith with the Sion Youth Team, then D Weekend is a whole weekend full of fun, friends and faith.

You’ll get to connect with other young people who are just like yourself from all over the country, spending a few days growing closer to God, and of course, having loads of fun with the Sion Youth Team.

Family Day / 11th December 2021

Sion Community has been running regular family days for several years at the HQ in Brentwood, Essex. They involve families coming together for about 4 hours from 11 am, usually on a Saturday or Sunday, and participation is on a donation basis – but booking is required.

On a typical Family Day there will be a talk for the adults, faith-based activities for the children, Mass (or the whole family worship) and a ‘bring your own lunch’ for you and your family and maybe a little something to share with a few of the other families. Weather permitting, there might also be some supervised games & play outside in our lovely garden.

These days are a wonderful opportunity for families to pray, learn and socialise together, providing a much-needed space for reflection for those who attend, in the midst of busy family lives.

Please book before attending a Family Day, as we do need to prepare age-appropriate resources for each child attending; it also helps us to know any additional needs the children or adults attending may have.

Save the dates for our future days on Sunday 20 February 2022 and Saturday 7 May.
